The analyzers are designed for dry sieving of bulk materials into a number of classes by size in a periodic mode.
NPK Mechanobr-technika manufactures and supplies sieve analyzers with a sieve diameter from 200 to 300 mm. An example of decoding the name: ASV-300 is a vibrating sieve analyzer with sieves with a diameter of 300 mm. The size of the cells of the installed sieves is determined by the Customer independently. The material of the grids is bronze, brass, stainless steel.
Characteristic features:
Standard laboratory devices for determining the granulometric characteristics of bulk materials.
It is possible to supply vibration drives with a timer to set the operating time of the device.
Additional equipment: sieves, lids, pallets, intermediate rings.
Software
The software is developed in the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 environment using Windows Presentation Foundation technology. The program provides the user with a modern, user-friendly interface.
The main features of the program: working with databases, exporting to various formats (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Acrobat PDF), printing a report using the report wizard to output only the information needed by the user.
