Vibrating screens are devices designed for classification (separation by size) of bulk materials with a relatively low bulk mass.
The main components of the vibrating screens are a support frame, a vibrating mechanism and a movable sealed box in which one or more sieves with different holes are fixed.
The design of the vibrating screen drive consists of an electric motor, an eccentric vibration exciter. The latter is connected to a movable box (sieves) so that when the motor shaft rotates, the sieve performs oscillatory movements in a horizontal plane at a slight angle of inclination.
